QUESTION

Why does my Profiler instrument's DPU printer not work correctly? For example, in the Number/Height section of the printout it prints small n's with a squiggle over the top instead of dots.

ANSWER

The Profiler instrument's printer setting is incorrect.

• From the Profiler instrument's main menu press 5: Print or Download Data Set>4: Print Options>1: Printer.
• Cycle this to reach the appropriate setting, usually 'Ser DPU 411 / 414'. Now try printing again.
